Dr. Joseph Snider received a BS in Mathematics from Illinois College, a small liberal arts college providing a well-rounded education and foundation for lifelong learning. He received an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and was in the fifth class to graduate from the adult education program. Dr. Snider earned a DBA in Management Information Systems in 2011. His dissertation topic was improving online education by combining proven techniques together for a Business Statistics course.
Dr. Snider has spent more than 30 years in Information Technology, mostly in application development and project management for heavy industrial, fast food, and healthcare. Recently, he was certified in project management with a Project Management Professional designation.
Dr. Snider is married and has two adult children. They have lived in five different states, settling near Louisville, Kentucky for more than 10 years.
His teaching has been for Indiana Wesleyan University, first in Marion and the Indianapolis area, and now onsite at the Louisville and Lexington campuses. He teaches primarily in the areas of mathematics and information technology.
