Paul Garverick

Dr. Paul Garverick serves as Director for Religion Programs in the College of Adult and Professional Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University. He served for 17 years in Pastoral Ministry in Buffalo, New York and Dayton, Ohio.

He earned an Ed D. in Organizational Leadership from IWU, a M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, an M.A. in Advanced Leadership Studies from IWU, and a B.A. from Asbury College.  He was ordained in the Wesleyan Church in 1991.  His doctorate in Organizational Leadership included research in "Local Church Volunteer Satisfaction in the Contexts of a Local Church and Its Organizational Leadership."

Paul has served on IWU’s Faculty Senate, Ministerial Education Coordinating Council, CAPS Academic Appeals Committee, Faculty Religious Life Council, CAPS Religious Life Council, CAPS Admissions Review, CAPS Devotions Committee, Graduate Council, Graduate Operations Council, and the IWU Employee Chapel Task Force.
